With more than 15 years of executive experience in the parks and recreation field, Laure Kosey has dedicated her career to strengthening communities through innovative programming and thoughtful, people-centered leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum Studies from DePaul University, where her work deepened her commitment to education, engagement, and community development.

Laure is an award-winning leader and a published author whose insights have contributed to the broader conversation around recreation, learning, and community wellness. Earlier in her career, she served as a soccer coach at DePaul University, reflecting her lifelong connection to the game and her natural talent for mentoring and motivating others.

Outside of her professional work, Laure is a proud mother who enjoys a full and vibrant life with her wife and kids in the Midwest. She loves walking with her dogs, staying active outdoors, and savoring meaningful time with her family.
